Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients

If using meat or vegetables, make sure they are cooked and seasoned to your liking. Set them aside.

Assemble the Quesadilla:

  • A tiny amount of butter or olive oil should be added to a big skillet that is heated over medium heat.
  • Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese evenly over half of the tortilla.
