Ingredients:

whole wheat flour

grams chicken mince (keema)

- 1/2
teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2
teaspoon cumin seeds

teaspoon turmeric powder

teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2
teaspoon garam masala
- Salt
to taste
- Fresh
coriander leaves, chopped
- 1
tablespoon oil for cooking the filling
- Ghee
or oil for cooking the parathas
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour and salt. Stir in water gradually and knead into a soft dough. After 20 minutes, cover and let it rest.
Prepare the Chicken Filling:Heat oil in a pan. Sprinkle in the cumin seeds and watch them pop.
Chop the onions and cook them until they get golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste, green
chili, and sauté for a minute.
Add the chicken mince, turmeric,
red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the chicken is done and the mixture is
dry.
Stir in garam masala and chopped
coriander leaves. Allow the mixture to cool.
Divide the dough and chicken
filling into equal portions.
